This course allows you to unlock the intermediate/advanced capabilities of your workflows by using scripting to automate process steps. Audience: - Objective administrators and support personnel responsible for supporting or creating automated workflows - Ideally, a Business Analyst and a Technical Administrator will attend WF Part 1 together and the Technical Administrator will go on to complete WF Part 2. If you are interested in the former "Workflow Practitioner Part 2 - Automation" course which is now offered as a private onsite course, please mail us at Training@objective.com Purpose: This course provides ECM, Nexus (on Prem) and Nexus (cloud) Administrators with a strong foundation knowledge of the versatility and power of using workflows for business improvement. You will be able to identify candidate processes for improvement, build manual workflows, work with technical administrators to build automated workflows and manage the ongoing maintenance of workflows within your organisation. Audience: - People implementing process improvement in the organisation for the first time, or - Those who are moving into a workflow administrating role in an organisation which already benefits from workflows. - Ideally, a Business Analyst and a Technical Administrator will attend WF Administrator together and the Technical Administrator will go on to complete WF Automation as a private onsite engagement.
