Description

Purpose:
Learn the power of automating your organisation's processes. This course allows you to unlock the intermediate/advanced capabilities of your workflows by using scripting to automate process steps.

Audience:
- Objective administrators and support personnel responsible for supporting or creating automated workflows
- Ideally, a Business Analyst and a Technical Administrator will attend WF Part 1 together and the Technical Administrator will go on to complete WF Part 2.

Course Prerequisites:
- Completed the Objective ECM Workflow Practitioner Part 1 course, or have equivalent experience setting up and maintaining Objective ECM workflows.

How this course runs:
Once you are enrolled you will receive an email with .ics calendar files attached. These are useful to book time in your calendar. You will also be granted access to the course modules, so please log in to the Learning Hub, and familiarise with your Course where you may find some pre-work to complete in the Content tab.

On the day of your training, please log in to the Learning Hub, go to your webinar module in the Content tab and Click here to join your webinar.

You will be added to a live Online Classroom led by one of our expert trainers.

Course booking acceptance for courses purchased via the Learning Hub Store.

  • Participants must satisfy course prerequisites as specified in Objective course outlines.
  • Booking for Objective public courses via this platform means you are accepting the terms and conditions of your booking.
  • Customers agree that Objective public courses are confirmed subject to the course reaching minimum participant numbers.
  • Once Objective public courses are confirmed, participants are provided with joining instructions.

  • Prices are displayed in the Learning Hub as Australian Dollars (AUD). Taxes (as applicable) are applied or excluded appropriate to the Customer's country location.
  • Credit card payments are converted to the participant's local currency rate via the Stripe payment platform at the equivalent daily exchange rate.
  • Invoices are generated with the participant's local currency rate at the equivalent daily exchange rate.

 Participant Cancellation / Transfer  / Refund Policy

  • Participants may transfer to another course date by notifying us via email to training@objective.com, otherwise the below cancellation fees may apply.
    • For cancellation notifications greater than 7 business days no fee will be charged.
    • For cancellation 7 business days of the scheduled start date, 50% of course fee will be charged.
    • For cancellation/non-attendance within 1 business days of the scheduled start date, 100% of course fee will be charged.
  • A participant may be substituted for another (who meets the course prerequisites) by notifying us in writing or via email at least 1 business day prior to the course start date so we can welcome the replacement, provide joining instructions and update our records.

Course Cancellation 

  • Objective reserves the right to cancel any scheduled courses due to low registrations, COVID restrictions or for any other reason. 
  • In the event of the course being cancelled by Objective, Objective will provide a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the course start date.

    In doing so, Objective assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to course cancellation/rescheduling.
  • Registrations can be transferred to the next available course date within the current financial year or refunded.
  • Special coupons must be used within three months from issue.

Intellectual Property

  • A condition of attendance is that participants agree to use the information contained within the course and supporting materials for their own personal use. 
  • The materials are copyrighted to Objective and are not to be reproduced without written permission from Objective.

Liability

  • Objective’s liability is strictly limited in aggregate and to direct loss only to the total value of the Course paid by the Customer, whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of warranty) or pursuant to statute or otherwise, and in no event will any consequential or indirect loss be recoverable against Objective as a category of loss
